I’m Lena Kalashnykova, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my world of playback theater and beyond.
Playback found its way into my heart back in 2009, and since 2014, I’ve been actively engaged in the playback theater. I also became the head of the “Vakhtery” playback theater in 2016.
In 2019, I embarked on a leadership course in England. Co-founding the Ukrainian School of Playback Theater (USPT) in the same year was a testament to my commitment to nurturing and expanding the playback community.
As of January 2023, I hold the position of Vice President at Neformalaus Ugdymo ir Konsultacijų Centras “Prosperis,” where I lead playback activities across Lithuania and Ukraine.
My workshops, conducted in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, Lithuanian focus on playback for diverse communities, including refugees, IDPs, victims of domestic and sexual violence, LGBTQ+, and more. I believe in the power of playback to foster community integration and emotional well-being.
As a leader in basic and advanced training programs, I’m always eager to share my knowledge and passion for playback. I really like immersive theaters, peer group formats, and other dialogue practices.
With over 15 years of practice in social art and psychology and more than a decade dedicated to the playback theater, I bring a wealth of experience to the table.
Welcome to the journey!
