More to say:

DÁNIEL RÓZSA is a qualified Playback Theatre Leader (Centre for Playback Theatre, New York, Leadership Program, 2014) and an Accredited Playback Theatre Trainer (APTT) since 2020. He is one of the Playback Theatre trainers and the current leader of the Hungarian School of Playback Theatre, as well as a conductor and actor. His main focus is promoting personal growth and social change through the reconnecting power of the arts and our innate human capacities to play, dance, writing, singing, acting, creating, and performing. He is a committed Playback Theatre teacher and community organizer who teaches and performs in international collaborations across Europe and beyond, including Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. He was one of the initiators of Diversity & Empowerment (Hungary, 2021), an Erasmus+ project using Playback Theatre to promote equity, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue. The project brought together 28 participants from 11 countries for an intensive 10-day training programme. A Playback Theatre actor since 2001, he is the founder, conductor, and former leader (2008–2012) of Pepita Playback Company and has been a member (actor-conductor) of Pszínház (PsyTheatre Company) since 2018. He has worked as a group leader and trainer since 1997 and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner. He was one of the four principal organizers of the European Playback Theatre Gathering held in Budapest (EPTG 2017) and led the organizing team of the 7th Hungarian Playback Theatre Gathering (Budapest, 2018). He is President of the Vitakultúra Association, a Hungarian NGO that uses Playback Theatre as its primary method of community building. Together with psychologist László Bánki and art therapist Ildikó Tóth, he co-founded the CIRCLE atelier (2012), a self-expression method that uses inspiring circles and diverse artistic forms—including painting, poetry, tai chi, and Playback Theatre—to foster creativity and personal development. He is also a co-founder of Social Dialogue Theatre, a founding member of the Ecopsychology Theatre of the Ecopsychology Institute of Budapest, and a founding member of the In-Depth Stage, Stage Coaching®, and Watson Playback Theatre teams. He works as a senior trainer at 5P Consulting Hungary, where he integrates acting skills into business and leadership development through the in-Depth SOULution methodology.
