Stefka Dimitrova is the director and co-founder of “Playback Theatre Varna,” where she also participates as a conductor and actor, and is an active member of Playback Theatre “Here and Now”. Stefka also has extensive experience in educational programs for children and youth in the informal sector, such as outdoor and adventure programs, seminars, and mountain programs, where she applies and develops methods and techniques acquired from numerous trainings for working with children and youth, group facilitation, art therapy, and more. She is also involved in project management, including as a volunteer and organizer of various educational “Insight” programs for adults and children of different ages.
