The new year has just begun, and we are already starting to plan for the Leadership Course

that will be offered in 2025. This year, Leadership will be in India. The hope is to move the
location to different parts of the world each year, with Europe as a suggestion, but we are
open to other possibilities.
We encourage you to consider applying to be the role of host for Leadership in two years. The
model is flexible: the CPT can partner with an Affiliate School of Playback Theatre, a group of
APTTs or an established playback company, in creating the Leadership experience.
The structure of the course continues to be an online component, followed by two weeks of
residential, on-site training, at a site determined by the host country and the CPT.
There are benefits to having Leadership in your country. The training becomes more accessible
to the qualifying practitioners who live nearby. It can help to focus your local companies on
preparation for advanced course work. The Leadership teaching team includes some positions
to be filled by members of your community. And it is an opportunity to work closely with the
CPT on the worthy goal of nurturing excellent playback in the world.

Expression of Interest Form. We ask that you return the form by February 17, 2024, as a first
step into the conversation with those who are interested, curious, or considering becoming
the next Leadership Host. You will be contacted once we get the form, to explore with you
your interest and questions.
